	Justice Scalia slams 'Living' Document Philosophy-- Supreme Court Justice Antonin Scalia spoke recently about the concept so common in legal and political circles that the Constitution is a "living document" that changes its meaning as our nation changes in circumstances. With this view of the Constitution, leaders can construe the Constitution to mean what they want, creating an impossible quagmire when it comes to holding on to any absolute meaning to the Document created by our Founding Fathers. Justice Scalia addresses this issue with great clarity and passion.
	The Patriot Act -- "This Act may be cited as the `Uniting and Strengthening America by Providing Appropriate Tools Required to Intercept and Obstruct Terrorism (USA PATRIOT ACT) Act of 2001'." But the Act has nothing to do with Patriots, except to add unconstitutuional police powers to the federal government so it can more easily lock up those Patriots that the fed govt has deemed to be terrorists. The Patriot Act has little to do with terorism and everything to do with control. Read it for yourself, and discover again how far America has strayed from what the Founding Fathers created almost 240 years ago.
	"Neo-conned" -- Congressman Ron Paul addresses the U.S. House of Representatives - July 10, 2003. This is an excellent presentation of the so-called Conservatives that have effectively taken control of America's domestic and foreign policy. Their political goals are not conservative at all, but involve unconstitutional expansion of government control over Americans and the world for their own specific political goals.
